You are allowed to work up to 3 hours a day in your container. Our facility is meant to be used as a base for your business but not for being there all day. It is meant to be used as a place you can make a cup of coffee, have your breakfast, preapare your equipment for work and go to your worksite.

Our containers are manufactured for storage and are insulated, durable and weigh 8500 pounds. They will last for a lifetime, are modular and repairable.

No. Our facility cannot be used as a residential property. Laws strictly prohibit the use of our facility and containers for residential purposes.

Highly secure. We have ai driven prison grade cameras, our facility is gated and if we spot anything out of the ordinary, police will be on the property within minutes.

Although our container rentals are meant to be used at our facility, you can rent a container and have it delivered to your site of choice within Brunswick County NC.

When a customer moves in middle of month, we will pro-rate charges until end of current month and charge for the full amount on recurring months.

Services and Products are charged at the full monthly rate regardless of when ordered.

On move-out entire month is charged.

Invoices are generated on the 2nd of each month.
