The Entire Process
Before Delivery
- Stable land with good drainage
- Railroad ties or other support structure
- Tele handler (3.2 Ton lifting capacity)
- Lifting harness (we can lend)
- Hand Tools: Socket wrench, torque wrench, laser level, hand level
- Manpower: 3 (6 hours per container)
Unpacking
The containers are shipped in a 40 foot HQ shipping container which you will need to unpack and erect.
Lifting Harness
- Adjustable Grade 80 4 Leg lifting harness
- Capacity: 5200 lbs/ 2.36 tonnes (@30 degrees)
- Each leg length: 5.26m
- End fitting: Sling hooks without latch
We can lend you our harness or you can purchase one from a sling provider.
